Theresa Mucci - Rodgers

Theresa M Mucci was born and raised in Fort St John. Her family is deeply entrenched in the history of the Peace community. After graduating from North Peace Secondary School, Theresa spent a number of years working in the advertising and marketing industry as a Media Buyer/Supervisor. Over the years, her clientele list included; Expo 86, A&W, BC Lottery Corporation, Paramount Pictures, Winnipeg Jets, and McDonalds, along with a number of retail businesses. Theresa’s marketing and promotional skills were furthered with her work within the radio industry.
For a number of years Theresa took a leave of absence from the business world to spend time in the Kelowna area doing various volunteer services, horse back riding and working on day-to-day chores on a hobby farm. After several years , she went back to school; first taking her Real Estate license in Alberta then a few years later spent time in Kelowna to pursue the field of engineering.
Theresa worked for the City of Kelowna, North Okanagan Regional District and a private construction company – all part of the extensive Civil Engineering Technologist co-op program at Okanagan University College (OUC - now known as Okanagan College). After graduating from OUC, Theresa went to work for a building science company on the BC coast who specialized in the well-known “Leaky Condo” repair designs. But the lure of the Peace Country brought her back to Fort St John to work for a local engineering firm.
With her background in business, real estate and engineering; be it consultation with regards to municipal procedures, design direction or general market knowledge - all vital components to any commercial real estate decisions, Theresa is committed as owner and manager of NEBC to supplying this unique value added service to NEBC's and Ron's clientele.

Fort St John has been Ron's home since 1984. For over twenty eight years Ron has acquired a detailed and knowledgeable understanding of the northeast area of British Columbia.
Ron entered into real estate in 1986 working in all areas of the business - predominantly residential. However, shortly after, he made the commitment to become the one and only realtor in the community to specialize solely in the commercial and industrial real estate market after recognizing the need for such a specialized service in this area.
Ron approaches each transaction with a comprehensive and detailed perspective. Northeast BC is a growing and industrious marketplace. Each deal must be treated on an individual basis - there is no cookie cutter method when it comes to commercial or industrial deals. Ron recognizes the need to sometimes introduce new methods and ideas to make for a productive deal for both the buyer and the seller.
Leasing has also become a specialized field in real estate and Ron has maintained a high level of understanding in this area of the business.
Ron Rodgers brings to the market a keen understanding of the commercial, retail, industrial, land development and leasing needs in today’s real estate market for Northeast BC (from Fort St John to Fort Nelson, Dawson Creek to Chetwynd, Taylor and area).
Ron Rodgers has been involved in a number of community events and committees. From charity fund raising events like "Cops for Cancer" to his involvement in the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Peace Arts Gallery Society, and the Fort St John Marketing Committee, North Peace SPCA, and the Woman's Resource Center. Ron has always taken pride in his involvement in the continued growth of the area.
Theresa married Ron July 14, 2007.
Their dynamic partnership has certainly developed since.
Ron and Theresa proudly opened NEBC July 27, 2010 committing both their resources to the commercial real estate market place.
The Peace country is home to Ron and Theresa.
Both are active in the community with their commitment
primarily focused on the continued development of this area.
